Wrestling has always been built around the ideas of supercards, nights that would see the culmination of weeks of build-up and perhaps blow-offs to major feuds. Since the 1980s however, these supercards have been moved to the medium of Pay-Per-View where instead of paying to see it live in the arena, we can pay to see it live in our living room. What used to be a one or two time a year happening quickly turned into a five to six time a year happening until we arrived in 2007 with a PPV line-up from three distinct promotions at a total of thirty PPVs! Now fans everywhere have a chance to see the big night of wrestling nearly every other week!
Inspired by a similar poll for weekly TV matches, TWV Interactive now has a weekly poll led by Douglas Nunnally for fans to voice their opinion on what was truly the best PPV match of the month. WWE, TNA, & ROH (once every few months) are all represented each and every week for their matches, whether it be a short, squash match or a long, technical masterpiece.
