T’was the night before Christmas,
And again they are gone,
To give our brave troops
Some beauty and brawn.
And now if you wonder
Just who they might be,
It’s Raw and it’s SmackDown!,
It’s the WWE!
Kennedy’s there,
I said KENNEDY!
Jeff Hardy, Mysterio,
Hardcore and Henry.
Naturally the initials,
As in HBK,
And of course Randy Orton,
Won’t forget Y2J.
Carlito and Cena
And Ron Simmons – damn!
As well as some divas
To make up the glam.
It was a big deal, this trip that was made
In this, the fifth year of McMahon’s great crusade
To give a few laughs, some cheers and escape
To the men and the women that keep things in shape.
Those divas I mentioned,
How about Mickie James?
And Lilian and Layla,
Yeah, those are some names.
Kelly Kelly went too,
Repetitive I know,
There was also Maria
To add to the show.
But while those in attendance
Admired this bunch,
It is THEY who are heroes
And pack such a punch.
In Iraq they are fighting
For causes some say
Are not worth the effort
And we should not stay.
With each year that goes by
Some agree and some not,
But one thing’s for sure,
We must stand by this lot.
And just as before
They deserve our support
And our prayers that their lives
Will not be cut short.
And they also deserve
Entertainment and fun,
By an unlikely Santa
Who won’t be outdone.
So thanks, Vince McMahon
For another good flight.
